Where It All Started...
Utility Aid quickly grew as more and more charities reached out for guidance and support.
In 2003 the company became the official energy partner of the Charities Buying Group, one of many affiliations the company still holds dear today and now, hundreds of charities in England, Scotland, Wales and for the first time, EIRE, have been able to receive a professional energy procurement service from over 30 staff across all locations.
Our mission statement was written with the input from every person in our company, as we recognise it is the strength and passion of our staff that is the driving force behind our success.
Utility Aid is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of competency & efficiency to our customers in helping them achieve their financial objectives, as we continue to build, nurture & construct a sound ethical approach to reducing energy demand & carbon footprint in the workplace.
Our mission continues to revolve around the Utility Aid promises:

- To continue to deliver the message that there is no cheaper or greener kWh than the kWh we do not use!
- To encourage and help customers to set standards for achievement through modern forms of cost effective monitoring & targeting schemes which are available today in the knowledge and assurance that together, we can make a difference
Whilst our company may have grown, our mission and values remain the same.
The only difference now, is that this vision is on a much grander scale, with the aim of helping not only charities, but all not-for-profit organisations and ethically minded commercial organisations too.
