Utility Aid is pleased to announce the appointment of Fiona King to the newly created role of CRM & Customer Intelligence Lead, effective 2 March.
Fiona steps into the position following six months supporting the business while covering maternity leave within the marketing team. During that time, she has made a significant impact across the organisation, demonstrating strong analytical capability and a clear commitment to delivering value for our customers.
As Utility Aid continues to grow, strengthening our ability to harness and interpret customer data is a key strategic priority. With a wealth of insight available across the business, the creation of this role reflects our ambition to deepen customer understanding, enhance decision-making and identify new opportunities to better serve the charities and not-for-profit organisations we support.
Fiona brings extensive experience in marketing, customer insight and analytics. In her new role, she will work cross-functionally to transform data into meaningful, actionable intelligence that supports both operational excellence and long-term strategic growth.
This appointment marks an important step in Utility Aid’s continued investment in data-driven decision-making and customer-focused innovation.
